Our Restaurant
- The setting
The restaurant’s service takes place within the intimate and welcoming inner rooms and also outside in the wonderful terrace on the Giudecca Canal.
The atmosphere is simple and familiar.
- The Cuisine
Our menu offers a large amount of Mediterranean cuisine and a large variety of seasonal vegetables.
Special attention is paid to the quality and freshness of all the produce and only extra virgin olive oil is used.
Desserts are freshly prepared , the sweets and the pasta are homemade...
We try to offer a simple cooking and therefore avoid disguising the taste with too sophistically prepared sauces.
- The Wine List
We offer only Italian wines, a little from all the regions.
A personal and carefully considered list that considers the small wine companies which pride themselves on quality.
- The Chef
The passion of the chef Riccardo Memo for the cooking comes from his family. His mother, also an excellent cook, brought up on a rural Venetian farm, his father comes from Burano , an island whose inhabitants have always been fishermen, where fish has been the only food for many years.
So, his creativity is always connected with local Venetian produce, highlighting especially vegetables and fish in general and in particular that of the lagoon.
